How do I place a return or replacement on Paahee?

How do I place a cancellation request on Paahee?
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched)
I paid with cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?
We'll send you the money via UPI or IMPS. We can also send you Paahee gift cards that you can redeem on paahee.in
How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?
We take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund request.\
If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?
Yes, we'll replace it for free.
Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?
Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.
What is Paahee 7-Days Return Policy?
Paahee gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on Paahee within seven days of the delivery of the order.
What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Paahee?
We accept COD, debit or credit cards, UPI, Net banking, and Paahee gift cards.
What if my delivery package is damaged?
